We ship orders within 24 hours from the time they are placed except on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Packages arrive in two to three business days from the time our local post office starts handling the package. We stock and ship most orders but some scales at not stocked because of the many varity of colors. If you order is Shipped directly from our company it will be packaged in a USPS Box and requires no signature if your order was under 100 dollars. If you ordered a scale and its one we don’t have in stock then it will be drop shipped by Escali via UPS or USPS. They get the scales out just as fast as we do. Please confirm that you gave us the correct shipping address with your receipt which is emailed to you. You don’t need to email us unless there is a mistake on your receipt or by clicking the back button below to review your online reciept. This will ensure that you get your package on time and that it does not go to the wrong address.
